  • All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase OR 30 days from the date of delivery, if purchased online.
  • All returns must be in new condition with the original merchandise tags attached to receive full credit.
  • We will process your return within 7-10 business days of arrival at our facility. Refunds for online orders will appear on your billing statement 3-5 business days after processing. Items purchased at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and returned to the processing center will receive Store Credit.
  • Sale & Clearance merchandise (items with prices ending in .99) are final sale.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. Sorry, we cannot provide return labels for international orders at this time.
  • Returns without a receipt or invoice will be issued a Store Credit for the lowest selling price.
  • Merchandise marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, as noted on select product pages.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. To receive a different size or item, place a new order.
