Return Policies

  • Return Window: All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase or 30 days from the date of delivery if purchased online.
  • Return Conditions: All returns must be in new condition with the original merchandise tags attached to receive full credit.
  • Processing and Refunds: Refunds for online orders will appear on your billing statement 3-5 business days after processing. For in-store purchases returned via mail, a team member may reach out to you via phone for payment details.
  • Order Issues: Please report any issues with your order within 14 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale & Clearance merchandise (items with prices ending in .99) is final sale.
    • Mystery merchandise (trading cards, blind bag pins, mini-figures) is final sale.
    • Merchandise marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, as noted on select product pages.
  • Additional Details:
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • Duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchase

Pro Tip: The fastest way to get your money back is to swing by any Center Court location (Rocket Arena or Pinecrest) with your original receipt. You’ll get refunded to your original form of payment and you can check out the latest gear while you’re here!

Shipped Returns: Can’t make it in person? Just print and complete the Return Form, pack it with your item, and ship it back using a label you purchase from your preferred carrier.
